I am sitting around and i´m thinking about the quote from Elena in 4x01: ” Stefan, you are the best choice i ever did…” and the truth is i think that is the better thing that Elena could say him, because she chose to Stefan and make a choice implies reason, to used reason, but something is clear, love is not reasoned, it is felt. And it is because of that, that while Stefan was the best choice that she could do, that she could reason, Damon was the inevitable feeling, the inevitable thing.

Damon was this improbable that is probable for definition and, at the end of the day, ends turning in inevitable. Because this class of love, this love that Elena feels for Damon, it is the only one that cannot be controlled, and much less reason.

So, this is for what i will always be proud of Stefan had been the best choice for Elena, because Elena was to reason her feeling for him, while with Damon she never do it. With Damon, it was her heart who chose him. The reason did not have anything to see

Ok, we were go:

Everyone is talking about how Damon couldn´t fight with the convulsion because of Elena. The Stelenas use this like a sign Damon´s love for Elena is not enough strong, when if there is something clear here is that Damon loves Elena unconditionally and with all his strength

I am writing this because i believe to have the right theory, i think that Damon couldn´t break the convulsion because it was jeremy who was being directly affected and don´t Elena.

When Stefan was compelled, he was compelled to bite Elena while when Damon was compelled he was compelled to bite Jeremy and if we are realistic here exists a clear different

The love that Damon feels about Elena couldn´t play the same way in this situation because it wasn´t Elena who was really in danger, it was Jeremy and though He is a part important of Damon´s life, though he is Elena´s brother and though Damon loves Jeremy his love for him it is totally in different level therefore Damon couldn´t break the convulsion even if he wanted since it was about Jeremy and not about Elena.

Anyway, Damon says Jeremy two times that he was shooting him just in the heart. I think that this is enough to demostrate It not just what Damon feels about Elena, but Jeremy means to Damon. Jeremy is so imporant for Damon who was ready to die for him. Probably it did not break the convulsion but Damon was ready to give his life for saving the brother of his girlfriend…

C´mon today I realized, more than never, that Elena does not understand what means forever. One day ago she says to damon that she cannot think about always, that she just can think in now, and two minutes later she says to Stefan that it wants to be with him forever. Please, girl, you stop lying.

This is just other elena´s contradiction like his “It´s always gonna be Stefan” his “I don´t feel anything about Damon” or his “I wouldn´t kiss Damon”. Thanks to God that always everything is back to bite her in the ass.

And the best, why always Stefan believes it everything?

You know it really bothers me because it seems apparent that many fans are completely forgetting who Damon and Stefan were written as. Damon is written as the vampire who wants to fight his inner goodness, and Stefan is the vampire who wants to fight his inner darkness. We are going to see things…

Maybe you are right, Both characteres was written as you are saying but it seems to me that the people have the whole right to hate to whom they want.

In my case, i don´t hate Stefan, but i don´t agree with you, because to me, hiding the kindness and hiding the darkness are not the same thing that it could be compared to the same way.

Yeah, Damon hides his kindness, He hides the good thing in him because he doesn´t want having to live on the expectations of anybody. Because he not need a pat in his back whenever it makes anything good, unlike Stefan.

However, Stefan hides his darkness because he is afraid to be hated because of her, and to be afraid by itself he is turned a fake. Stefan is the man that it said that his brother was a killer and it didn´t have nothing good in him. Stefan is the men that, in spite off that he had the darkness and bloody pass, In spite of not having right to consider anybody to be just for his past behavior, it judged non-stop. During the season one, especially, and following, has judged his brother, doing ostentation of a few values that he has not even respected in many occasions.

Stefan is not real, Stefan is not sincere. Stefan is not clear. Stefan is dark and this he is who he is.

Stefan has created an alternative world where he lives cheating all those that it has around it. Making see that his brother was the villain, when there had much about that to keep silent.

Stefan is the person who uses his good actions for his own benefit and not because really they go out for him of the heart. An example of it we have it in 3x20 when he says to Elena that she has him, taking advantage this way of this moment of weakness of her. When Stefan knew that Elena could possess not only him, but Damon, Jeremy, Caroline, etc… Another example you have it also when he speaks about Damon and about him itself, saying that Damon is not good for her, and then one adds suitably ” me neither “.

There can be mentioned incontable occasions in which Stefan has been deceptive, it has lied and to used his captivation and his supposed “sincerity” for his own benefit.

It seems perfect to me that Stefan is written to hide his darkness and Damon it to be to hide his kindness. You have there I am nice with it, but this fact does not imply that because of it Stefan has to be deceptive to those that it has around trying to be alguo that is not. It does not give right to hide suitably information and to share it only when there is no another choice.

The great difference between the brothers is that whereas Damon prefers being hated for being the one who is, Stefan prefers being loved for being the one who is not. There it takes root in the question. There it takes root in the “hatred” towards Stefan.

Stefan plays a character whereas Damon is the one who is, without need to hide after a pretend kindness or amiability.

It is so simple as that Damon prefers that an alone person loves him if this person loves him rightly for what is, and Stefan prefers that the whole world loves him and supports him though they do it on a person who is not.

For my this is the eternal difference between them, and always it will be it. It is because of it that I don´t like Stefan, because it is not authentic and he has not been it, ever.

But Damon, Damon is the most amazing character in the world. Damon is tremendously imperfect and he doesn´t hide it and this, it is what more we admire about him.

But well, it just my opinion, what i see when i am watching the show.

I swear, Delena fans are some of the most vile and disgusting group of people I've ever managed to come across. They sicken me.
